Every year, one of the highlights of my daughter's birthday is the two of us designing and making her birthday cake. Yikes, it's been a whole week since I posted last.  I was pretty under the weather for a few days (tis the season!) but feeling better now so I'm trying to get back on track.  One of my favorite treats is chocolate covered strawberries (YUM!), so I thought I'd post one here for you to download and enjoy.
