What's New at Cre8ive Cutz — Uncategorized

I set up a Twitter account for Cre8ive Cutz a while back, but never really got it rolling. I finally decided today is the day! So now I'm looking for people to connect with on Twitter, to talk about Make the Cut!, Cricut machines, and paper crafts in general. I'm very excited to announce that cre8ive cutz video tutorials are now available on iTunes.  Subscribe to our iTunes channel to watch the videos as soon as they are released.  And if you like what you see, please leave a review on iTunes!

I've just added a new project to the store, this lovely butterfly greeting card, suitable for many occasions.  The project includes both MTC and SVG files, as well as an instruction sheet.  Click on the preview to purchase the project.

Once you have your project all arranged on your cutting mat, cutting it out is the next step.  Clicking on the Cut icon as shown to the right will send your project to your Cricut.  The Cut Project With Cricut dialog box will pop up, and if Make The Cut! has a problem sending the project, you'll get some error messages as shown below:If you see Cricut Error: No Devices Connected: Check to ensure your Cricut is connected to your computer.  See this post for instructions if you are not sure how to do that. When I installed Make the Cut!, the very first thing I did was download an SVG file from the internet to see how well it cut on my Cricut.  This video tutorial shows you how to import an SVG into Make the Cut! and get it ready for cutting. (If you're not sure what an SVG file is, check out this post for details.)
