How to Download Files from the Cre8ive Cutz 99 Cent Store

I sometimes get emails from people asking how to re-download a file they've lost or that they didn't receive the email with the download links when they made their purchase. So I thought it would be helpful to post a brief tutorial showing you how to download files directly from your store account, in the event you ever need to. To begin, click on the Log In link at the top left of the 99 Cent Store. Type your Email Address and Password in the appropriate fields and click the Login button. If you've forgotten your password, click the Forgot Your Password? link and you will be able to have a new password emailed to you. Once you've logged in, click the My Account link at the top left of the screen. This will take you to your account home page where you'll see a list of all the orders you've placed in the store. Find the order containing the file(s) you need to download and click the View button. This will take you to a page that shows everything you bought as part of that order. Each item should have a Download button beside it. (If you don't see download buttons, this just means the links have expired. Email me at nancy@cre8ivecutz.com and I will reset the links for you.) Click the Download button for the file or files you would like to download, and the download will start for you. That's all there is to it!
